·      Evolving Lives, Inc. participants have access to various Vocational Rehabilitation postsecondary and transitioning youth services and programs, such as career camps and other programs.

·      Career camps help prepare youth to connect with the community and identify postsecondary education, training, or employment following the Pre-ETS format when school is out.

·      Participants can also engage in various transitioning programs such as:

High School High Tech (HSHT) for individuals aged 14-22

Inclusive Postsecondary Education (IPSE)

Project SEARCH for individuals aged 18-21

Youth Leadership Forums for youth aged 16-19
